Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to finance and controlling processes.
• Design and propose technical SAP solutions that align with business needs.
• Integrate financial requirements with standard SAP FICO functionalities in both SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4Hana.
• Conduct testing of new developments and create comprehensive technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and analyze finance-related process issues, working collaboratively with relevant departments to implement improvements.
• Assume additional responsibilities, demonstrating leadership skills in the role of a senior analyst.
• Manage complex issues and provide resolutions for technical tickets.
• Offer mentorship to junior analysts, guiding their development and performance.

Required Skills:

• Strong financial processes and IT systems knowledge.
• Team player with a stakeholder-oriented approach.
• Techno-functional expertise in finance and controlling processes.
• Proficient in SAP FICO configuration, troubleshooting, and analysis of system issues.
• Experience working in global teams, ideally with members in Europe and India.
• Significant experience as an IT analyst in a similar setting.
• Comprehensive background in SAP FICO modules, including customization, ABAP, and debugging.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within a high-performance SAP environment.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Advanced English language proficiency is essential.
