Position: IT – Senior Analyst - SAP SD

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand the business requirements related to the order-to-cash process.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and propose effective SAP SD solutions.
• Integrate requirements with standard SAP SD technology in SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Test new developments, manage system configurations, and ensure proper documentation.
• Analyze order-to-cash process issues and propose improvements in coordination with various departments.
• Assume greater responsibilities as a senior analyst, including mentoring junior team members and handling complex issues.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP SD techno-functional roles.
• In-depth knowledge of order-to-cash processes including sales order management, billing, and delivery.
• Experience in SAP SD configuration, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with extended teams located in Europe and India.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
• Experience with integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• English proficiency is required; additional language skills are a plus.
