Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager S4 Analyst-RTR
The S4 Analyst R2 R is responsible for executing end-to-end Record to Report activities within the SAP S/4 HANA environment ensuring accurate financial reporting strong internal controls compliance and continuous process improvement. The role supports month-end quarter-end and year-end close while driving automation and standardization initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform journal entries (manual & system-generated).
- Execute accruals provisions prepayments and adjustments.
- Perform GL account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of open items.
- Support balance sheet substantiation and flux analysis.
- Ensure adherence to close calendar timelines.
- Maintain and monitor General Ledger accounts.
- Prepare trial balance P&L and Balance Sheet reports.
- Perform variance analysis and provide commentary.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS / US GAAP / Local GAAP as applicable).
- Execute R2 R processes in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Monitor workflows and manage exceptions.
- Support system testing (UAT) for enhancements and upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to SOX/internal control frameworks.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with FP&A Tax Treasury and other finance teams
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
