The role involves managing Fortinet technologies, resolving incidents within strict SLAs, implementing changes following ITIL practices, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strong service continuity. The position is based in / Bangalore and may involve shift-based work.\n\n## What you will do\n\n * Deliver advanced troubleshooting for security incidents, ensuring timely closure within defined SLAs.\n * Perform configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of Fortigate firewalls, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer platforms.\n * Plan, prepare, and implement customer and internal changes following ITIL processes.\n * Manage vendor escalations, including ticket creation, RMA handling, and hardware replacement coordination.\n * Provide coaching and knowledge-sharing across the support team through documentation and peer learning.\n * Approve change requests in alignment with organisational practices and governance.\n * Continuously enhance technical capability, including upskilling on new security technologies and earning relevant certifications.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * 2\u20135 years of hands-on experience with Fortigate (preferably 3700D), FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.\n * Understanding of SD-WAN technologies, SASE, Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), IPS/IDS and application control.\n * Experience with web security technologies such as Secure Web Gateway, PKI infrastructure, Cloud Firewall and multi-factor authentication tools.\n * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience handling complex changes.\n * Excellent communication, customer-handling and collaboration skills.\n * Exposure to Checkpoint, Juniper or other firewall technologies (desired).\n * Educational qualification: Engineering Graduate/Diploma with certifications such as FCNSA, FCNSP, NSE 1\u20133, NSE 6, NSE 7.\n\n\n\n## Not a perfect fit\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
