Roles & Responsibilities :

• Primary contact to Worldwide Application stakeholders in implementing the Governance, Security policies and processes in the Applications

•  

  Support towards Security and compliance controls with respect to various Bosch/Industry regulations

• Follow the roadmap as aligned with customer unit in completion of Policy implementations and controls in the Applications

• Prepare reports and documentation to demonstrate compliance with relevant standards towards Audit compliance

• Conduct training sessions with stakeholders to enhance awareness in the standards/regulations

•  

  Ensure the customer KPI's, control schedules, and deliverables are met

•  

  Report gaps in the controls and recommend suitable measures to overcome the deviations or gaps

Educational qualification:

• Any U.G or P.G degree and certification in Spanish language

Experience :

• 1–2 years of professional experience using Spanish in a business environment (e.g. translation, communication, or documentation)

• Prior work in multinational or multicultural teams, preferably supporting Spanish-speaking regions.

   

Mandatory/requires Skills :

• Good Verbal and written Communication Skills in English and Spanish (B2 or Above) is a must

• Know-how in IT systems

• Good working knowledge in MS office (Excel, word and PPT). Know-how in excel functions (E.g., Pivot table, charts , lookup functions, etc.,)

Preferred Skills :

•  

  Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a global, cross-functional environment.
