Anaesthesia

Requirements

• MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesiology (MD/DM in Anaesthesia) or equivalent.
  
• Minimum of 1+ year of hands -on clinical experience in anesthesia administration in a hospital or surgical setting.
  
• Proven proficiency in general anesthesia, regional/local anesthesia, and pediatric anesthesia techniques.
  
• Demonstrated experience in managing anesthesia for orthopaedic, gynecological, and general surgical procedures.
  
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia equipment, monitoring systems, and emergency protocols.
  
• Excellent clinical judgment, decision -making skills, and ability to work under pressure in high -stakes environments.
  
• Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and any required state medical council licenses.
  
• Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
