Requirements:

MBBS or equivalent medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesia (MD/DNB in Anaesthesia).
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in anesthesia, preferably in a hospital or surgical center setting.
Proficiency in advanced airway management, invasive monitoring, and emergency resuscitation techniques.
Strong understanding of pharmacology, physiology, and anesthesia equipment operation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to work under pressure, make rapid clinical decisions, and maintain composure during emergencies.
Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical medical standards.
