Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Analyst to build comprehensive historical financial
models while mentoring junior team members. You will develop sector knowledge to
enhance model accuracy and work independently on moderately complex modelling
assignment.


Key Responsibilities

 • Build, update, and maintain financial models from the ground up for public and
private companies.
 • Independently manage earnings updates, regulatory filings, and financial
disclosures with a high degree of accuracy.
 • Map, reconcile, and validate client -provided data against internal datasets,
identifying and resolving discrepancies.
 • Monitor and analyze company -, sector -, and geography -level developments
relevant to assigned coverage.
 • Review work prepared by junior team members and support quality assurance
checks, as required.
 • Maintain and update MIS and internal reports to support team objectives and
reporting requirements.
 • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support ad hoc research and
analytical tasks as needed.

1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, equity research support, or data
focused roles.
 • Strong understanding of financial statements, regulatory filings, and earnings
processes.
 • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deliverables effectively.
 • Comfortable working in a fast -paced, deadline -driven environment.
 • Willingness to work evening or night shifts, if required, post -probation.
 • Self -motivated individual with a strong interest in financial research and data -driven
work.
 • Excellent organizational and time -management skills.
 • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 • bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, or a related field (mandatory).
