About the Role
Panchshil Realty is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to support operational reporting, business analytics, and management decision-making across projects and corporate functions.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to prepare dashboards, track KPIs, analyse project data and streamline reporting systems to improve operational efficiency and business visibility.

What You Will Do

MIS & Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review
• Develop dashboards and presentations for operational and project performance tracking
• Consolidate data from Projects, Finance, Sales, HR, and other departments
• Track key business KPIs and highlight trends, gaps, and deviations
Data Analysis & Business Support
• Analyze operational and project data to support decision-making
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and project performance analysis
• Support preparation of review decks, trackers, and management summaries
• Generate ad-hoc reports and data insights as required by leadership

Coordination & Process Management
• Coordinate with multiple departments for timely collection and validation of data
• Follow up on action items, project updates, and operational deliverables
• Support process standardization and reporting automation initiatives
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of business data across reports and systems

Systems & Dashboard Management
• Work on ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle for data extraction and reporting
• Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and Excel-based trackers
• Ensure reporting timelines and documentation standards are maintained

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in MIS, business analytics, or operations reporting
• Experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction industry preferred

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint. 
• Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP preferred
• Strong analytical, coordination, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, data-driven environments
