| Roles and Responsibilities : | 1.Recording accounting entries in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies. 2.Help resolve accounting-related issues and prepare reconciliations. 3.Aid in the month-end and year-end close processes for various entities, both within and outside India. 4.Participate in the development and implementation of accounting procedures and process improvements. 5.Help maintain accurate and organized financial records. 6.Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports. 7.Assist in audit assignments from planning through to finalization, ensuring timely completion within budget. 8.Work with team members and other departments to gather data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. 9.The candidate should have knowledge of operating expenses and provisions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany reconciliations, leases and fixed assets. |
