ROLE PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:
Support the development and execution of Vision Invest’s Airport Platform strategies, with a strong focus on identifying, evaluating, and advancing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and Merger & Acquisition (M&A) opportunities.
EXPERIENCE:
0–3 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate banking, or airport-related projects and transactions. International experience is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree / High school diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Airport related field.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ROLE SPECIFIC TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transaction Lifecycle Support
- Assist senior team members in the origination phase of PPP and M&A transactions, including market research, trend analysis, preparation of internal/external presentations, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), market sounding materials, and Statements of Qualification (SOQs).
- Research and assess potential transaction partners—such as co-investors, EPC contractors, and FM/OM providers—evaluating their technical capabilities, strategic fit, and financial health.
- Provide support throughout all phases of project development and execution, including tender preparation and submission, partner negotiations, project award, commercial and financial close, and transition into operations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (technical, financial, legal, insurance, and maintenance) to coordinate inputs required for competitive, compliant, and compelling transaction proposals.
- Contribute to due diligence processes for both PPP and M&A transactions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
- Draft and contribute to the preparation of high-quality transaction documents, including pitch decks, NDAs, sponsor materials, project documentation, and debt/equity funding agreements.
Financial Analysis & Modelling
- Perform financial analysis to support investment decisions, including basic valuation, risk assessment, and benchmarking of potential airport sector opportunities.
- Assist in coordinating with financial advisors to build and run concession-based PPP financial models for project evaluation and bid submission.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal financial tools, such as shadow models and cost models, for use in internal reviews and decision-making.
- Support financial assessments of opportunities, including modeling returns, asset valuations, scenario testing, and evaluating assumptions related to tax, accounting, and economic efficiency.

- Identify and pursue relevant development goals in consultation with the line manager, prioritizing training and learning opportunities to build expertise in PPP and M&A transactions within the airport sector.
Stakeholder Management
- Support the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including potential partners, advisors, and government entities involved in PPP and M&A activities.
Risk Management
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and communicating risks related to transactions and project execution, ensuring alignment with the platform’s broader risk management framework and strategic priorities.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and compliance standards related to PPP and M&A initiatives.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, internal memos, and presentations to support ongoing strategy implementation, transaction tracking, and communication with stakeholders.
