PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Provide Analysis and Design model / high level design and direction for a module of a project or small project


• Own technical design (both High level and low level design) of a module or of a small project


• Ensure quality of technical deliverables of a module or of a small project

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Attend Customer Calls


• Provide Status Report


• Requirements gathering


• Module plan/design


• Quality of Code


• Unit Testing


• Schedule adherence


• Adherence to Processes


• Contribution to improve development process


• Upgrade Technical skills 


• Collaborate with the team


• Adherence to organizational policies & processes – like time sheets filling, attendance & leave, appraisal etc.
  
   

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

1. Engineering Graduate in Computer Science / Information Science

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. 5 to 7 Yrs of IT experience in Development.
