Unitedlex is looking for a Procurement Professional with 1+ year of experience in Procurement or Global Procurement to join our team in Gurgaon.

• Manage Partner sourcing
• Liasoning with Finance for compliance around orders processed 
• Releasing RFQ’s and creating cost comparison analysis
• Ensuring Compliance of contracts & Agreements with Legal while coordinating with the partners
• Ensuring Due diligence and Audit trail is available on all Orders processed 
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly  procurement reports
• Manage e-commerce purchases globally 
• Managing IT and Non-IT requirements 
• Vendor Due diligence, classifying and developing vendors on the basis of quality, cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of products & services
• Possesses the ability to exercise good judgment in determining the terms and conditions for agreements and purchase/work orders
• Closely work with internal AP team and approval authorities 
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts to cover APAC and US Central time Zone (if required)

• 1+ years of experience in Procurement/Global Procurement
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
• Good knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with local and international vendors)
• Knowledge of Oracle/SAP/D365 or any ERP system with MS Office and other e-procurement tools 
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with number
• Good communication & writing skills is a must.
