Analyst -FP&A

Position
Summary​​

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis through detailed insights, benchmarking, and performance tracking. The role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while monitoring actuals against plans. It also includes preparing and leading business reviews for internal and external stakeholders, and collaborating cross -functionally to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and analysis.

Key Responsibilities &
Duties

• Perform financial
  analysis on periodic basis by using appropriate business drivers and metrics.
  
• Assist in preparation of financial plans/ budgets / forecasts,
  track actual revenues & costs against plan/ budget/ forecast, analyse
  variances.
  
• Assist in business reviews.
  
• Participate in business review meetings and follow
  through on action items.
  
• Prepare periodic MIS and dashboards.
  
• Prepare ad -hoc reports required by finance/ management.
  

Qualifications

• MBA from a premier institute. 
  
• BIG 4 experience a plus.
  

• 1 to 3 years post qualification, of which at least 1 year in FP&A/business finance or an analysis -focused role.
  

Required skills

• Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets.
  
• Very good written and verbal communication.
  
• Good presentation and inter -personal skills.
  
• Some working knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Tableau etc., and
  other automation tools would be an advantage.
