Job Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our FOPs team as Analyst. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for attention to detail. Prior internships or projects during graduation will be an added advantage. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our website delivers an exceptional user experience by managing Homepage Inventory, Retailer Campaigns, and Landing Page Optimization.

Role Specifics - Day in the Life

Homepage Auditing & Optimization:
Regularly audit banners, logos, categories, and flash deals to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with Marketing and Business goals. Fix any errors or inconsistencies proactively.

Retailer Campaign Management:
Conduct regular Checks of store pages and deal cards to ensure accuracy, correct mapping, and visibility of the best offers. Identify inconsistencies and work on necessary corrections.

Landing Page Optimization:
Conduct detailed checks on landing pages to ensure accurate information, proper deal visibility, and seamless user navigation. Fix errors, update content, and enhance the structure to improve engagement and performance.

Performance Fixes & Enhancements
Identify and resolve campaign issues, fix content gaps, implement improvements, and ensure continuous optimization

Must have skills

Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and correct Grammer, Spelling Mistakes, punctuation, etc.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

e-Commerce Knowledge: Understanding of online shopping trends and practices.

Flexibility: Ability to work odd hours and weekends as needed.

Multitasking: Efficiently handle multiple responsibilities and tasks.

Switched On/Passionate: Energetic and enthusiastic about delivering high-quality results.
