Job Description - Analyst II, Product Technical Support

This role will be located at either our Jacksonville Headquarters or our Brown Deer facility. We have a hybrid work environment.

What you will be doing?

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure and SQL Server.

  • Develop data solutions as a member of the infrastructure team.

  • Understand business requirements and existing ecosystems.

  • Organize, analyze, and transform data from different sources.

  • Design and implement ETL processes.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that solutions are scalable and maintainable.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.

What you will need:

  • Degreed in Computer Science preferred

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience

  • Proficient working knowledge of Azure, SQL and ETL

  • Programming language (any will be an asset)

  • Working knowledge of DWH

  • Experience with JSON, XML data structures

  • Experience working with APIs
