Analyst Logistics

## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nWork as a key member of the GSC COE Logistics team, this position requires you to work in any shift (12pm to 9pm IST or 3pm to 12am IST). Logistics Analyst will play a vital role in leading the operations in Eaton sites in EMEA and support in optimizing our operations by analyzing procedures/parameters and collaborating with our partners \u0026 plants to drive improvements. This position will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound operations, Logistics documentation and maintaining MIS for the sites. The role will also be responsible for data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations for the entire supply chain network to drive Logistics efficiencies and achieve KPIs.\n\nAs a successful candidate, you will set the right KPIs and goals to deliver results and earn trust through partnerships with multiple stakeholders from different organizations and geographies. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to convey complex decisions, trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to leaders. Your responsibilities will include:\n\n\u2022 Manage critical domestic and international shipment executions for Eaton EMEA sites. \n\u2022 Ensure proactive planning and communication at shipment level with our partners, suppliers and customers and ensure fulfilment of KPIs such OTD, Accuracy, Lead Time, Cost and Quality \n\u2022 Work closely with various carriers in Air, Ocean, Road and Parcel categories to ensure the critical performance parameters are met \n\u2022 Partner with Material Planners and Sales teams on improvement of forecast accuracy, advanced shipment planning for smooth execution and minimum possible costs with optimum inventory levels in supply chain \n\u2022 Foresee operational challenges in advance and work with partners in resolving possible disruptions. \n\u2022 Ensure compliance with all relevant Country and Regional Regulations and Standards in Logistics operations. \n\u2022 Provide excellent customer service, resolving internal customer issues promptly and professionally. \n\u2022 Monitor fleet and assign pick-ups, understanding how the dedicated network works and driving improvements to achieve efficiencies related to cost reduction and improve mode utilization. \n\u2022 Tracking of Freight carrier error, Damages in transit, lost etc \n\u2022 Evaluate utilization and modes data to improve efficiency and lead efforts to improve costs. \n\u2022 Establish \u0026 execute standard reporting for Compliance; Performance scorecards; Opportunity Metrics. prepares detailed reports for various management reviews and financial reporting. \n\u2022 Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to bring meaningful outcomes to improve logistics network, reduce logistics costs. \n\u2022 Create monthly Scorecards with leading performance indicators. And hold Monthly reviews with each site. \n\u2022 Role requires skills in Logistics Planning, CRM, and Data Mining techniques to ensure our logistics operations are efficient and effective. \n\u2022 Achieve logistics cost out for site and build pipeline for upcoming years. \n\u2022 Knowledge of Spot quotation \n\u2022 Raise damage requests with insurance company and maintain tracker. \n\u2022 Freight invoice validation and approval in system. \n\u2022 Expert in SAP, Salesforce, MS Office. \n\u2022 Execute daily shipment planning, load building, and routing within the TMS, understand the rates tables, accessorial charges, carrier profiles, and lane setups. \n\u2022 Experience of process standardization \u0026 process standardization.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering with about 5-8 Yrs. Experience in EMEA Logistics operational domain \n\n## Skills:\n\n\u2022 Preferred SCM qualifications from accredited institute. (CII TM Pro) \n\u2022 Preferred experience SSC environment\n\nBasic Knowledge (Foundation): \n\u2022 Good Collaborative style, managing various Global stakeholders. \n\u2022 Good exposure in Global Logistics and Good understanding of factors impacting Logistics \n\u2022 Able to gather data from multiple systems and derive meaningful interpretation. \n\u2022 Able to anticipate logistics issues and proactively work for their resolution.\n
