Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of report and assigning risk score by analyzing a given entity through annual reports, documents, site visit & management discussion
- Undertake detailed financial analysis of the entity covering P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements and industry benchmarking
- Evaluate managerial and operational capabilities of channel partners
- Evaluate statutory, regulatory and AML compliances of channel partners
- Carry out sectoral analysis and industry benchmarking
- Carrying out Portfolio Analysis for clients
- Prepare risk score model for the client
- Co-ordinate between internal and external stakeholders to manage the client accounts
Key Requirements:
- MBA in Finance; CFA Level I/II or CMA certification is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of management, operational, financial, and compliance risk frameworks
- Proficient in ratio analysis, liquidity evaluation, and cash flow assessment
- Ability to interpret statutory filings, regulatory disclosures, and litigation records
- Skilled in developing risk‑scoring models and implementing due‑diligence methodologies
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities
