Analyst / Senior Analyst - Leverage Facility Management

• Legal Document Review: Analyze closing documents such as credit agreements, term sheets, note
  purchase agreements and IC memos.
  
• Risk Modelling: Develop and update various risk and borrowing base models for various
  transactions. Monitor key metrics to access risk and other triggers. Conduct stress case scenarios
  and analyze headroom on various metrics.
  
• Covenant Monitoring: Continuously monitor all qualitative and quantitative covenants, triggers,
  and events along with Key performance indicators at the transaction level.
  
• Client Request/Compliances: Ensure compliance with client requirements and service level
  agreement (SLA), from an asset management perspective.
  
• Surveillance & Reporting: Review the reports on the proprietary platform and ensure that the
  logic and values are accurate
  

Requirements

• A broad understanding of the corporate credit landscape and core financial concepts.
  
• Proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal.
  
• Meticulous with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines.
  
• Desired candidate must have graduated / MBA/ advanced degree in finance.
