This role will be a part of our growing Platform Solutions Group, the
primary responsibility would involve working in the Products Team, building Oxane’s
proprietary, tech-enabled platforms. The incumbent will be expected to take the
lead on Product Workstreams, working directly with various stakeholders
(Internal Teams, Leadership, Client Teams, Engineering Teams, etc). This role
is at the intersection of finance & technology (FinTech) and provides a
steep learning curve in the evolving landscape of Private Markets. This role
presents an excellent opportunity for the right individual to play a key role
in product development and establish themselves as the subject matter expert
within a world-class solutions company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage
product roadmap, and requirements, gathering internal & customer feedback
and prioritizing features for Oxane Platform. Act as Product Owner for Platform
features, working closely with the engineering team-
o You
will define and execute the technical roadmap for our Platforms.
o Define
product themes, epics, and user stories as input to the product lifecycle
o Collaborate
with engineering and UX teams to iterate and refine product plans. Guide &
work with the engineering team through the product implementation and post-implementation
cycles
· Engage
Internal teams/customers/prospects to identify market needs, define
requirements -
o Understanding
various investment transactions, processes and flows, while interacting with
the internal and external stakeholders
o Identify
and resolve tradeoffs and issues that might impede product delivery
o Define,
acquire, and analyze metrics to guide product priorities and direction
o Perform
research and analysis involving the market, competitors, industries
o Support
Leadership with compelling product positioning and go-to-market
· You
will collaborate with marketing teams to promote the product - Support our Sales team with product pitch and
demos for client
Required Experience/Skill Set:
- MBA, PGDM, or equivalent PG
with a major in Finance/IT and similar streams. Prior development/IT experience
would be preferred. Strong acumen for engineering technology-driven solutions
will be preferred
- Good attention to detail and
a logical thought process to analyze qualitative and quantitative data
- Excellent
leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels

(must have – intermediate level)
