Summary:
As an Analytics Practitioner, your day involves developing meaningful business insights by engaging in predictive statistical modeling activities. You will utilize various analytical tools and techniques to analyze client, market, and key performance data. This role requires a thoughtful approach to interpreting data patterns and trends to support and enhance decision-making processes within the organization. Collaboration with different teams to understand data requirements and delivering actionable insights forms a significant part of your daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve analytical approaches.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on analytical methodologies.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of data analysis outputs through rigorous validation and testing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with data integration and data management processes within cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and perform data cleansing and transformation tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
