Analytics Team Member-Transaction screening-CREDIT CARD-Business Process Management Group

As an Analytics Team Member, you will be a vital part of our Transaction Screening team, working closely with the CREDIT CARD-Business Process Management Group. Your primary focus will be on analyzing and screening credit card transactions to identify any potential risks or non-compliance issues. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of transaction screening processes and regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the bank's compliance standards and ensuring a secure transaction environment. 

• Analyze and screen credit card transactions for potential risks and non-compliance issues.
• Utilize transaction screening tools and techniques to identify suspicious activities.
• Collaborate with the CREDIT CARD-Business Process Management Group to implement effective screening strategies.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring the bank's adherence to them.
• Generate reports and provide insights on transaction screening performance and potential areas of improvement.
• Work closely with the analytics team to develop and enhance transaction screening models and processes.
• Investigate and resolve any transaction screening-related queries or escalations.
• Ensure timely and accurate screening of transactions to maintain a high level of compliance.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on transaction screening best practices.

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in transaction screening or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent knowledge of transaction screening processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in using transaction screening tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
