Key Responsibilities (Applicable to All Experience Bands)

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) and Native Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Implement BLE features such as scanning, pairing, GATT communication, and device data exchange.
• Integrate REST APIs, authentication methods, background services, and push notifications.
• Build complex UI/UX layouts, animations, reusable components, and responsive designs.
• Ensure high performance, memory efficiency, and smooth user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and writing unit tests.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Maintain proper Git branching, version control, and documentation.
