2.     Job Summary

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated
Caregivers to provide quality care and support to patients/clients at home. The
Caregiver will assist with daily living activities, ensure patient comfort, and
support overall well-being while following assigned care plans.

3.     Key Responsibilities

a.     Assist patients
requiring home healthcare services (hereinafter referred to as “Clients”) with
daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

b.     Support Client mobility
and patient transfers (bed to chair, walking assistance, etc.)

c.     Monitor and record
vital signs as instructed

d.     Administer medications
as per medical instructions and care plans

e.     Provide companionship
and emotional support to Clients

f.      Assist Clients with
feeding and nutrition

g.     Maintain hygiene and
cleanliness of the Client’s environment

h.     Follow assigned care
plans and promptly report any changes in the Client’s condition to supervisors

i.      Accompany Clients to
hospital or medical appointments, if required

j.      Maintain accurate
documentation of all care giving and nursing interventions

a.     Day Care

b.     Night Care

c.     Live-In Care

·       24/7
stay at the Client’s residence

·       Free
food and accommodation provided at the Client’s home

Requirements

  Eligibility / Qualifications

a.     Minimum qualification:
SSLC

b.     Certification in GDA or
any equivalent skill-based program / Caregiver / Nursing Assistant preferred

c.     ANM / GNM / B.Sc.
Nursing candidates may also apply.

d.     Freshers and
experienced candidates are welcome
