Are you passionate about creating memorable first impressions and fostering a welcoming environment for new team members? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Regional Onboarding Experience Lead to own the delivery of onboarding in their region. In this pivotal role, you will ensure new hires receive a warm welcome and enjoy a seamless transition into Visa. You will be the go-to problem solver, addressing any issues that arise to make sure new hires feel supported and are set up for success. You will own the delivery of onboarding in both your region and local site, and will play a key role in enhancing our global onboarding program. This role sits on the Global People Solutions team, reporting into the Global Onboarding Solutions Leader, with a dotted line into the Director of Employee Experience, who owns the design and strategy of Visa’s Global Onboarding.

Basic Qualifications
• 7 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms like Microsoft Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• 7 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow.
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas: VLOOKUP & Index Match)
