Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – India & APAC

We are looking for:
An experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for business units and functions across India and the wider APAC region.
This is a hands-on recruitment and advisory role with direct accountability for sourcing, attracting, assessing and closing high-quality talent. You will support a diverse portfolio that may include commercial, corporate, industrial, Research & Innovation, digital and IT positions.
You will work closely with hiring managers, HR teams and regional stakeholders, combining strong sourcing expertise, local market knowledge and recruitment data to deliver an effective and consistent hiring experience.

End-to-end recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing strategy through assessment, offer negotiation and candidate closure
Conduct screening calls and structured, competency-based interviews
Manage multiple recruitment priorities across functions, countries and seniority levels
Ensure a high-quality and consistent experience for candidates and hiring managers
Maintain momentum throughout the process and proactively address delivery risks or delays
Sourcing and market intelligence
Develop tailored sourcing strategies for specialist, senior and difficult-to-fill positions
Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, professional networks, referrals and relevant local channels
Build talent maps and sustainable pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
Provide market intelligence on talent availability, location, compensation, competitor activity and sourcing conditions
Monitor source effectiveness and continuously improve the sourcing mix based on quality, speed and cost
Business and stakeholder partnership
Build trusted relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR and regional stakeholders
Translate business requirements into clear role profiles, assessment criteria and recruitment strategies
Act as a consultative Talent Acquisition advisor, appropriately challenging requirements and recommending market-based solutions
Set clear expectations regarding recruitment timelines, candidate availability and market realities
Establish a regular hiring cadence to review pipelines, progress, risks and required decisions
Systems, data and performance
Manage all requisitions, candidate records and recruitment activities accurately in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
Ensure full compliance with recruitment processes and data-quality requirements
Use Power BI dashboards to track recruitment performance, pipeline health and agreed KPIs
Extract, analyse and prepare recruitment reports for HR, business and regional leadership
Use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, improve sourcing effectiveness and support decision-making
Track relevant measures such as time to shortlist, time to fill, offer acceptance, source effectiveness and candidate experience
You will bring:
Mandatory requirements
At least 6 years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience, including significant experience in an internal or embedded consultative recruitment model
Proven recruitment delivery across India and multiple APAC markets
Demonstrated experience supporting a range of business units and corporate functions
Advanced direct-sourcing capability, including passive candidate engagement, talent mapping, Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, which is mandatory for this role
Practical experience using Power BI dashboards to monitor recruitment performance and extract management reports
Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently with senior, regional and global stakeholders
Strong stakeholder-management, influencing and offer-negotiation skills
The ability to independently manage multiple priorities across countries, functions and time zones
A structured, proactive and delivery-focused approach
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred experience
Recruitment experience across commercial, corporate, industrial, R&I, digital or IT positions
Experience working in a multinational or regional matrix organisation
Knowledge of additional APAC languages
Experience contributing to employer-branding, talent-intelligence or recruitment-improvement initiatives
