Apigee Architect

Role Summary

We are hiring an Apigee Architect to design, govern, and manage enterprise API platforms using Apigee Hybrid and Apigee Edge. The role involves end -to -end ownership of API architecture, security, and platform operations in a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage Apigee Hybrid & Edge platforms
  
• Define API standards: proxy design, versioning, security policies
  
• Guide development teams on API design and integrations
  
• Ensure API security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS) and compliance
  
• Drive platform scalability, performance, and high availability
  
• Set up monitoring, alerting, and handle incident management
  
• Enable CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  
• Act as technical SPOC for client and internal teams
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Apigee Hybrid & Apigee Edge
  
• Expertise in API Proxy, Policies, Shared Flows, Traffic Management
  
• Hands -on with API Security (OAuth, JWT, mTLS)
  
• Experience in API governance and lifecycle management
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform)
  
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Dynatrace / Prometheus / Grafana)
