We are looking for a highly skilled Appian Developer with 6+ years of strong technical experience in Appian development, database technologies, cloud integrations, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing scalable solutions, supporting applications at platform and application levels, and working effectively in a global, multi‑cultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Appian applications using Appian SAIL, integrations, and best practices.
Write, optimize, and debug database queries and design scalable database solutions.
Develop and test APIs for seamless system integration.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines following DevOps methodologies.
Integrate Appian applications with GCP cloud services using APIs and other integration approaches.
Work with Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and other database technologies to develop robust solutions.
Contribute to cloud adoption initiatives involving GCP or AWS.
Support applications at both platform and application levels.
Design and develop integrations with third‑party systems.
Work collaboratively in Agile Scrum teams; utilize tools like JIRA for tracking and delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders across global teams with strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Use common shell commands and scripting for automation or troubleshooting.
6+ years of strong technical experience with Appian Development.
Hands-on experience with SAIL, SQL, Appian Integrations, Mule APIs, and related tools.
Strong experience with Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB databases.
Knowledge or eagerness to self-learn BPM tools like Appian.
Experience with API development and testing.
Experience integrating systems with GCP Cloud services.
Knowledge of cloud technologies such as GCP / AWS (services, databases, integration patterns).
Experience across different Java platforms.
Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and tools.
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural, global team environment.
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and balance multiple priorities.
