Location & Flexibility

India Hybrid: Noida

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru (1 to 2 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.

Summary:

A Sr. Data QA Analyst is tasked with the responsibility of Leading Data testing for implementation and maintenance for clients. Their role involves collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth execution of data testing projects and ensuring that requirements are met effectively. They are also responsible for ongoing maintenance to client satisfaction and overall project success.

Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert\Process, Domain and system.

• Leads Data testing projects - covering data requirements, building data testing plan, loading and testing activities.

• Provides all required Process\technical support to team members.

• Liaise with onshore Data lead\Requirement lead on clarifying requirements related questions.

• Ensure adherence of best practices and work with team members to firm up any new process improvement ideas.

• Hands on with deliveries, pick up and executed complex pieces.

• Mentoring and coaching team members.

Succeeding will require the following core qualifications and skills:

• Proficient in T-SQL coding concepts

• DB Domain knowledge

• Data testing process knowledge with exposure of handling at least 2 end to end Data testing life cycles.

• Ability to write very complex T-SQL Queries.

• Good in Communication

• Good hands-on knowledge of ADO.

• Good knowledge and application of US/Can DB Domain

Good to have:

• Agile Methodology and Azure Devops.
