What you’ll bring
Provides technical customer support to partners or end-consumer customers via mail, mantis (support tracking tool), WebEx or phone including: Responding to complex technical inquiries (e.g., product troubleshooting, information on compatibility with storage and devices, report generation, setup issues etc.)
Customer server management on cloud
Create on-demand product documentation
Build creation
Create and issue product license
Works on creating product knowledge base
Provide product features and troubleshooting training to partners and customers
Working with partners and customers and deliver services to our customers in form of monthly reports
