Job Title:                     Application Engineer

Company Overview : Sapphire Technologies is a Bangalore based Authorised distributor for world renowned brands like Fluke Instruments, Obo Betterman, ECOm–Germany. It was established in the year 2014.

The company's main focus is to provide a complete solution to our customers in Test & Measuring instruments and Electrical Safety

 

1. Role: 

Provide Pre\-Sales and Post Sales Application support to customers

2. Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Technical Product Pre Sales demonstration
  


• Complete Post Sales training to customers
  


• Conduct Technical Seminar at customer place
  


• Planning and executing online customer/user engagement activities like EDMs, Webinars
  

Requirements

1. Experience

 

            0 to 3 Years (Freshers with exceptional drive and enthusiasm to quickly learn may also be considered)

 

2. Domain Expertise

• Must be a self\-starter and technically excellent
  


• Possess strong oral and written communication skills
  


• Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRMs
  


• Regular reporting and communication to reporting manager
  


• Frequent travel in the assigned territory is expected.
  

 

3. Qualification

 

BE / BTech or Diploma in : Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical.

Bangalore
