Application Management Specialist

IT Applications Administrator for Client invoicing platforms (ex - Varian) Must be a Graduate. BTech/BE or any other technical degree preferred Good communication, comprehension and writing skills Minimum relevant experience of 3-4yrs in app administration and/or business analyst role Should be willing to work in US shifts. Performs incident resolution, problem determination, and root cause analysis for applications. Build relationships with 3rd party s/w developers and in-house dev teams to understand application architecture, functionality and issues in program logic. Ensures testing activities allow applications to meet business / end-user requirements and identify and resolve system issues. Collaborates with business analysts, developers, and system owners in the testing of new software programs. Evaluate, plan, design and deploy testing plans for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycles to identify appropriate solutions and/or discover and resolve defects, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws. Analyzes documentation and technical specifications of any new application under deployment or consideration to determine its intended function, and if it supports the organization's business objectives. Participates in projects related to supported applications. Evaluate, plan, design and deploy testing plans for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycles to identify appropriate solutions and/or discover and resolve defects, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws.
