Role:

As an Application Specialist- Live Sound, you will play a crucial role in our organization's development and application management in the Live sound division. You will be responsible for overseeing Sales & Services to ensure they meet the needs of our customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software solutions used in Live environment.
• Provide technical support to live sound customers, assisting with troubleshooting software-related issues and providing training when necessary.
• Generating new leads and maintaining a proper documentation from lead generation to conversion 
• Handle customer queries for sales and services.
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, staying updated on new releases & prices.
• Maintain proper detailed documentation of hardware configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.
• Conduct regular testing and quality assurance checks to verify the functionality and reliability of the applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Any Diploma/ Certification / Degree in the field of Audio from a reputed institution.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of software licensing and contract management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Hands-on experience in the field of live sound or rental is a plus.
