Work Location : Mumbai

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting for business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, development teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to ensure application stability, performance, availability, and adherence to service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support and incident resolution.
  • Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
  • Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues.
  • Analyze logs, SQL data, and system behavior for root cause analysis.
  • Support deployments, releases, and configuration changes.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
  • Maintain incident, problem, and change records in ticketing tools.
  • Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call and production support activities.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence.
