Job Description - Application Support Engineer L2 (Qlik / Informatica / MuleSoft)

Hiring Alert | Application Support Engineer – L2 (Qlik / Informatica / MuleSoft)

Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)

Experience: 4–7 Years

Budget: INR 10 – 12 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer – L2 to support enterprise analytics, ETL, and integration platforms for a leading client environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support for Qlik, Informatica, and MuleSoft platforms

• Monitor ETL jobs, APIs, dashboards, and scheduled workflows

• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues within SLA timelines

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents

• Support Qlik reload tasks, Informatica workflows, and MuleSoft integrations

• Coordinate with L3 teams, infrastructure, and release teams

• Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities

Required Skills:

â QlikView / Qlik Sense support & dashboard monitoring

â Informatica PowerCenter / Informatica Cloud experience

â MuleSoft Anypoint Platform support

â ETL & Data Integration troubleshooting

â Basic SQL knowledge

â Linux / Windows server exposure

â Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira

Good to Have:

• Cloud exposure (Azure / AWS)

• Shell or Python scripting

• API Management knowledge

• ITIL / Qlik / Informatica / MuleSoft certifications

Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech / MCA / BCA or equivalent
