Job Description - Application Support - Oracle Flexcube (FCUB)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Flexcube (FCUB) Application Support Consultant to provide end-to-end support for core banking solutions. The role involves handling production support, UAT cycles, system enhancements, and new requirements through web services, APIs, and application development. The consultant will ensure seamless integration of FCUB with interface systems, adherence to business goals, and continuous process improvements.

Must Have Skills (Mandatory)

* Minimum 9+ years of experience in Oracle Flexcube (FCUB) application support (Version 12+).

* Strong technical and functional understanding of Flexcube Core Banking System.

* Hands-on experience in:

* Solution design, programming, and application support.

* Developing Web Services (APIs), Oracle procedures, and stubs based on IRDs.

* Production support, UAT cycles, sanity testing, fix deployments, and EOD support.

* Proficiency in analyzing banking functional and software requirement specifications.

* Strong communication and coordination skills with business teams.

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve parameterization/configuration issues effectively.

Good-to-have Skills (Optional)

* Experience in defining process improvements, best practices, and new workable standards.

* Knowledge of integration with external systems/interfaces in a banking environment.

* Prior exposure to core banking transformation or upgrade projects.

* Familiarity with banking compliance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* 9+ years of experience in supporting and developing Oracle Flexcube (FCUB) applications.

* Proven experience in solution design, application development, and documentation.

* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

* Strong ability to communicate technical and complex concepts clearly in both verbal and written form.
