In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Collaborate closely with internal and external customers to understand requirements and propose effective, application-based solutions.
Prepare and submit high-quality quotations on time in coordination with business development managers, sales teams, legal, PMO, and factory teams.
Provide pre-sales and technical support to customers, partners, and distributors.
Participate in pre- and post-order technical discussions with sales, PMO, product management, and business stakeholders where applicable.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Review project requirements carefully and seek clarification or approvals from relevant stakeholders prior to submitting proposals.
Ensure timely offer submissions while adhering to Delegation of Authority (DOA) compliance processes.
Effectively manage priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering (BE/B.Tech or equivalent).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in team environments.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Knowledge of isolation valve products, actuators, and instrumentation components.
Familiarity with testing methods, including destructive and non-destructive testing.
Understanding of metallurgy, material science, and fluid mechanics concepts.
