· Excellent (English) Communication Skills to understand and resolve client issues from diverse countries.
· Working with team or individually on multiple issues simultaneously
· Knowledge of Support/Communication etiquettes for general day to day client communication as an application analyst.
· Excellent command over English to translate complex technical stuff in easy to understand client emails
· Reply to Client emails for the reported issues / Queries.
· Communicate with client for ongoing Issues / Product Trainings.
· Communicate and Co-ordinate internally with Development Team for ongoing issues.
· Communicate and Co-ordinate with US and UK team for Client’s issues.
· Work with Client in an online WebEx Meetings for troubleshooting of the issues.
· Prepare Client’s Environment locally i.e. VM with similar configurations at Client side.
· Test and Replicate the Client’s reported Issues / scenarios.
· Perform testing of the Patches, Hot Fixes released to Client in local Environment.
· Work on Support’s in-house Tasks like updating DB, prepare Weekly Reports etc.
Should be flexible to work in Rotational Shift
