Qualifications: B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA professional graduation is must, MBA or equivalent is a plus. Experience: 12+ years Relevant Experience: min 3+years as Product manager/ Product Owner. Skills: Salesforce Service Cloud (Sales & Community cloud is a plus) REQUIREMENTS: In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, including driving Scrum meetings. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
