Aptitude Trainer

Responsible for Training the Students on Quantitative / Reasoning Aptitude in preparation for exams such as Campus Placement Tests. Should cover the following topics :

Quantitative Aptitude
Logic & Reasoning
Data Interpretation

Allied Responsibilities will include

• Creation of necessary content for training
• Effective Delivery of Training
• Putting in place measurement metrics for measuring the performance of the trainees
• Keeping abreast of various developments in the Campus Recruitment Test and training students for the same
• Conduct periodic Tests and review / analysis of performance by Students
• Setting Question papers for Mock Tests & Full Tests across varying levels of difficulties

Aptitude Trainer should have minimum 1.5 to 2 yrs of experience in training aptitude, logical reasoning, having command on giving short-cuts to mathematical applications, willing to work dedicatedly.
