AR Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

ü  1 -3
years’ Experience is required in AR analyst  for US Healthcare.

ü  Analyze
and resolve issues related to unpaid medical claims and denied claims.

ü  Follow
up with insurance companies to inquire about claim status and resolve issues.

ü  Document
all activities related to accounts receivable follow -up in a consistent and
comprehensive manner.

ü  Meet
key performance indicators as established by management, such as reducing the
number of denied and rejected claims.

ü  Review
and appeal unpaid and denied claims.

ü  Maintain
patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

ü  Stay
up -to -date with changes in medical coding and billing practices, insurance
policies, and healthcare regulations.

ü  Payment
posting  will be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

ü Good knowledge of revenue
cycle and denial management concept.

ü  Should have worked as an AR
Analyst for min 1 -3 years with medical billing service providers

ü  Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

ü  Strong communication skills for effective interaction
with insurance companies and patients.
