Job Description - AR Billing

Work Mode: 4+1 day hybrid

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

âREQUIREMENTS:

â¢ Develop and implement strategic plans for the billing department to achieve organizational goals

â¢ Establish and monitor departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

â¢ Lead and manage a team of supervisors, team leads, and billing professionals

â¢ Collaborate with senior management to align billing strategies with overall business objectives

â¢ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

â¢ Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the billing function

â¢ Make decisions about what needs to be done to achieve organizational objectives

Requirements

Qualifications:

â¢ Bachelorâs degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

â¢ 10+ years of progressive experience in billing or accounting roles, with significant managerial experience

â¢ Proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking

â¢ Strong financial acumen and analytical skills

â¢ Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
