As an AR Calling - RCMS - Senior Manager, you will lead and manage client support operations within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on delivering exceptional solutions and driving operational success. You will be at the forefront of strategic advising, leveraging your skills and industry knowledge to enhance client interactions and project outcomes. As a Senior Manager, you will guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence, applying sound judgment and fostering high-performing teams to solve complex problems. Your role will involve crafting impactful messages and applying systems thinking to identify opportunities and validate outcomes with clients.

Responsibilities
- Leading operations and solutions initiatives within the revenue cycle managed services domain
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of process improvement projects
- Utilizing analytical thinking and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address operational challenges
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of lean process improvement methodologies
- Promoting the use of emerging technologies and innovative practices across operations teams
- Validating data integrity and compliance within operational frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing process execution and improving service operations

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
