As an AR Calling - RCMS - Senior Manager, you will lead and manage client support operations within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on delivering exceptional solutions and services. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional experience to drive strategic advising and problem-solving initiatives. You will be responsible for leading large projects, innovating processes, and maintaining operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level to drive project success.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. Responsibilities
- Leading operations and solutions projects within the revenue cycle managed services domain
- Driving process optimization and operational excellence through lean process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
- Implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Developing and executing operations strategies to support client needs and business objectives
- Conducting operational analysis to identify opportunities for business process improvement
- Managing and coaching teams to deliver service excellence and achieve project goals
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to provide strategic support and operational guidance
- Utilizing analytical thinking and strategic questioning to solve complex operational challenges
- Promoting the adoption of emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage
- Facilitating process mapping and data collection to support informed decision-making
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
