As an AR Calling - RCMS - Specialist, you will engage directly with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on delivering consulting services that enhance operational performance and develop innovative solutions. As a Specialist, you will leverage your technical skills to conduct detailed analyses and support specific projects, contributing to the team's success in a fast-paced environment.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work closely with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. You will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks. Your ability to adapt, take ownership, and consistently deliver quality work will drive value for our clients and contribute to the success of the team. You will be expected to apply a learning mindset, appreciate diverse perspectives, and actively listen to express ideas clearly, all while upholding the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Responsibilities
- Offer specialized knowledge in healthcare provider revenue cycle management
- Conduct tasks and in-depth analyzes to support project goals
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams to improve operational efficiencies
- Drive results that enhance client satisfaction
- Engage in initiatives that contribute to better patient care outcomes
- Gather and analyze data to inform decision-making processes
- Provide technical support for specific project requirements
- Adapt to changing environments while maintaining performance standards.
What You Must Have
- Any Undergraduate Degree (10+2 or Equivalent) OR Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution
- 6+ Months to 3 years of experience in healthcare provider revenue cycle management
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Shift timings: Flexible to work in night shifts (US Time zone)
What Sets You Apart
- Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT)
- Familiarity with UB-04 and/or CMS-1500 claim forms
- Experience with Epic HB or PB systems
- Excelling in documentation and reporting
- Adhering to HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues
- Identifying and resolving payment delays
