| Must Have Skills : | 1.Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM processes 2.Hands-on experience in Denial Management, AR Follow-up, and Rejections 3.Confident in Insurance calling and using web portals for non-calling denials 4.Proficient with UB04 forms and familiar with clearing houses 5.Expertise in Hospital Billing (UB04) 6.Strong understanding of UB04 claim forms and related processes 7.Excellent communication and analytical skills. |

| Roles and Responsibilities : | 1.Manage US Hospital/Facility Accounts Receivable 2.Work on denials, rejections, LOAs, and correct claims as needed 3.Call insurance companies and document actions taken 4.Ensure quality standards and meet daily/monthly collection targets 5.Maintain production logs and stay updated via email communications 6.Escalate unresolved issues and follow HIPAA compliance. |
