We are seeking a dedicated professional for the AR Voice Process role within the IT Services sector. Responsibilities

Conduct outbound and inbound voice calls to manage payment follow-ups and facilitate collection support.
Investigate and resolve inquiries related to invoices and billing discrepancies to ensure customer clarity.
Perform precise data entry tasks and utilize CRM tools to update client information and transaction logs.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and organize records to ensure audit readiness and data integrity.
Employ effective negotiation strategies to resolve conflicts and secure payment commitments from clients.
Deliver high-quality voice-based customer support with a focus on professional and clear communication.

Requirements

Requirements:

Possess at least one year of relevant work experience in accounts receivable or customer support environments.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in payment follow-up procedures and collection methodologies.
Show capability in resolving invoice and billing queries efficiently and accurately.
Be skilled in data entry operations and familiar with standard CRM software platforms.
Exhibit competence in maintaining detailed documentation and managing record-keeping systems.
Display the ability to negotiate terms and handle conflict resolution with professionalism.
Possess excellent English communication skills suitable for voice-based interactions.
Have a solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and workflows.
