Job Description - Aravo Consultant

Our client, a leading global medical healthcare company, is seeking an experienced Aravo Workflow & Configuration Specialist to support their third -party risk and performance management (TPRM) platform. This role supports two systems, Aravo and Intelex and will be responsible for designing, building, configuring, and testing Aravo workflows, entities, validation logic, and integrations in alignment with business requirements.

You will work closely with cross -functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and technical support counterparts, to deliver scalable and compliant third -party risk solutions while ensuring strong governance and quality across the Aravo platform.

This is a contractual role that will go through the end of 2026 with the likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and implementing workflows within the Aravo third -party risk and performance management platform, ensuring effective and scalable solution delivery aligned with business needs
  • Configure and maintain Aravo workflows, including building new workflows, modifying existing workflows, and enhancing workflow logic based on business needs
  • Configure and validate core Aravo components such as entities, attributes, conditions, validations, and email templates
  • Implement configuration using advanced platform features (ABAC module, risk scoring, milestones)
  • Document all configuration changes and maintain accurate system documentation
  • Participate in scoping sessions for roll -outs and new deployments.
  • Participate in unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Troubleshoot unexpected system behaviour, identify causes, and develop validated solutions
  • Assess change requests and evaluate the impact on existing system behaviour
  • Support go -live activities and post -deployment stabilisation
  • Facilitate integration discussions with technical teams and configure changes as required
  • Help define development paths that ensure minimal impact to production environments
  • Coordinate development efforts within allocated sprints and ensure quality of deliverables
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to manage configuration adjustments and development work
  • Share configuration knowledge, assist team members, and support internal platform owners
  • Communicate with IT teams, business users, and other stakeholders to align system solutions with business objectives
  • Guide platform users and internal owners in understanding Aravo workflows and configurations
  • Provide knowledge transfer sessions, training documentation, and support for internal teams transitioning to the system


Requirements


  • 3–5+ years of hands -on experience with Aravo configuration and workflow development
  • Strong hands -on experience with Aravo is a mandatory, while knowledge of Intelex is only preferred,as its involvement is primarily focused on integration efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to configure Aravo workflows and automation logic from the ground up
  • Experience implementing and modifying advanced configuration logic such as ABAC attributes and risk scoring
  • Proven experience with workflows, validations, entity attribute creation, and UI elements within Aravo or equivalent SaaS platforms
  • Solid understanding of third -party risk management (TPRM) processes and best practices
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify root causes in configurable systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to both business and IT stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills, with ability to work in multidisciplinary and cross -cultural teams
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with integration points and platform support tools (e.g., logging support cases, coordinating with vendors)
  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, pharma)
  • Ability to contribute to best practice documentation and process improvements based on prior implementation insights
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint -based development
