Aravo GRC Consultant

Role Overview

·       We
are seeking a skilled and detail -oriented Aravo Developer with 3 to 8 years of
experience to support the design, configuration, development, enhancement, and
maintenance of the Aravo platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong
hands -on expertise in Aravo features, workflow configuration, platform
customization, reporting, and enterprise process support within GRC/Third -Party
Risk Management (TPRM) environments.

·       This
role will work closely with business, risk, compliance, procurement, security,
and technology teams to implement and enhance Aravo solutions supporting
supplier onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, issue remediation,
reporting, and ongoing third -party governance.

Key Responsibilities

·       Design,
configure, customize, and support the Aravo platform based on business and
compliance requirements.

·       Translate
functional requirements into scalable Aravo solutions across supplier lifecycle
and third -party risk processes.

·       Configure
and enhance workflows for supplier onboarding, due diligence, risk reviews,
approvals, remediation tracking, periodic reassessments, and offboarding.

·       Develop
and maintain platform components including forms, searches, validations,
conditions, email templates, reports, calculations, and visualizations.

·       Support
configuration and maintenance of user roles, permissions, profiles, and access
controls.

·       Build
and optimize supplier and workflow searches for operational monitoring,
governance, and reporting.

·       Develop
reports and dashboards to support business, risk, compliance, and management
stakeholders.

·       Configure
request forms and associated routing logic to streamline intake and process
initiation.

·       Maintain
data structures and relationships through Aravo Data Dictionary and related
application configuration.

·       Support
spreadsheet calculations and scoring logic for risk evaluation, workflow
decisions, and compliance tracking.

·       Work
on Association Viewer and linked -object relationships to improve traceability
across suppliers, assessments, issues, and related records.

·       Troubleshoot
platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve defects on time.

·       Support
system upgrades, testing, release management, regression validation, and
production support activities.

·       Partner
with cross -functional stakeholders to improve process efficiency, data quality,
audit readiness, and platform usability.

·       Prepare
technical documentation, configuration documents, test scenarios, and support
materials.

·                Required
Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related
field.

·       3
to 8 years of overall IT experience, with relevant experience in Aravo
development/configuration/support.

·       Proven
hands -on experience in Aravo features, including:
Data Dictionary, Conditions, Validations, Filter Sets, User Profiles,
Workflows, Email Templates, Workflow Searches, Supplier Searches, Association
Viewer, Request Forms, Reporting, Spreadsheet Calculations, Visualization, and
Applications.

·       Strong
understanding of GRC, TPRM, supplier risk management, compliance workflows,
and process automation.

·       Experience
working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into
technical solutions.

·       Strong
analytical, troubleshooting, and problem -solving capabilities.

·       Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications:

·       Candidate must be an Aravo Certified System Administrator.

·       Candidate must be an Aravo Reporting & Analytics.

·       Candidate must be an Aravo Configuration (Part 1): Data Dictionary & Forms.

·       Candidate must be an Aravo Configuration (Part 2): Workflows & Searches.

·       Candidate must be an Aravo Configuration (Part 3): User Interface, Bulk Import
& Projects.

·       Candidate must be an Aravo Configuration (Part 4): Configuration ‘Others’.
