Configure and develop solutions for customers on the Archer IRM platform Configure and develop integrated solutions for customers using the Archer IRM platform utilizing additional industry standard applications including SSO, web services integrations, import sets and table polling Design and configure complex configurations including advanced workflow, questionnaires, layouts, reports, data feeds and data imports, campaigns, dashboards, notifications, package installation and workflows, etc. Support and escalate issues and defects related to specific customer environments as required, provide incident support as required Perform system and unit testing, document results Develop documentation as required, per operational processes Follow the engagement model as determined by the engagement manager for projects, as needed Follow the standardized project implementation methodology Certified Archer Certified Associate Certified Archer Administrator - Specialist Certified Archer Administrator - Expert Desired: Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Knowledge - Archer IRM 5+ year s experience with Archer IRM across all use cases, including Archer Engage, Engage for Vendor, Third Party Risk Management, ESG Management, Enterprise and Operational Risk Management, IT Security Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Governance, etc. Web service integrations (API web services) Scripting including C#, Perl, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, Angular, XML, etc.
